There’s a first time for everything! In the midst of the festival planning madness and multiple writing projects, I took some time off to be interviewed (in Spanish ¡yay!) for the radio programme La Verbena on M21 88.6FM, a Madrid station that features culture, tourism, entertainment and public service.
Pretty cool to talk about the roots of the Refugee Food Festival, our partnership with UNHCR (The UN Refugee Agency), Food Sweet Food of Paris (or as I’d like to call them, the Chefugee team’s “French doppelgängers”) and the awesome restaurants lined up for next week. I’d like to express my massive thanks to the La Verbena host Alba Alderete for being muuuy patient with my Spanish 🙂 (I guess I can pass the DELE now!)
